Sr Analytics Consultant

🤖 Responsabilities:

The successful candidate will be part of the Analytics Consulting team, playing a critical role in it. Scope of the team covers our offices in Latam, US and India. The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Lead client relationships, fostering transparent communication, ensuring alignment, and drive project success. Driving discussions between teams when the conversation is stuck

• Frequent support and guidance to the client

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of long as well as ad-hoc projects

• Required to be hands-on on project delivery and delegate work streams to peers and analysts

• Be a bridge between technical and business teams, being able to capture the business concerns and requirements and transmit into technical with autonomy

• Expected to translate business briefs into mathematical models/concepts for junior team members and visualize deliverable formats

• Develop business relevant actionable insights and coherent presentations as project deliverables

• Project Management & co-ordination between different teams located in multiple geographies

• Visit client office: available to travel frequently within Latin America.

• Develop analytical modules/techniques relevant to business briefs

• Managing the project in timelines and planning

• Responsible for business development which would go into cred deck

• Support new business development team with used cases, new analytical techniques and actively participate in organizational initiatives

• Lead brainstorming sessions by using leads as sounding board and guide analysts on analytics plan

• Lead and guide junior team members providing technical knowledge and driving all the knowledge transfer needed

• Develop in depth knowledge in FMCG sector and drive innovations for new analytical solutions

• Develop career plan for team members and participate in quarter and annual appraisals

• Multi country / companies’ interactions with Decision Point team and the Client is daily

Minimum requirements

🤸‍♀️Hard Skills

Experience in the Area

Bachelor’s degree in lnformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Analytics or Strategic Consulting

• Strong knowledge of tools (such as Python, SAS, R,) and proficient in MS Excel & Power Point

▪ Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL (Mandatory)

• Excellent analytical skills and is a problem solver

• Able to effectively communicate technical concepts to business team

• Strong communication skills

• Infect peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction

• An eye for detail, quick learner and can think out of the box

• A team player and can deliver under pressure

English Level: Advanced

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions
